Price and payment schedule. By placing your order, you authorize an initial charge of $50 today and four additional charges of $50 each at approximately monthly intervals, for five payments and a total program price of $250.

What is included. The AgeWell DNA program includes the at-home cheek-swab collection kit, laboratory processing, and a personalized printed nutrition report. The separate $300 health-voucher benefit is subject to its own eligibility, redemption, and submission requirements.
