Website privacy & analytics

Optional website measurement
Optional Google Analytics is currently disabled on this website. Choosing to decline analytics does not prevent you from using the site or placing an order.
When enabled and accepted, analytics can measure page visits, broad referral sources, page scrolling, order-button clicks, customer-service phone-link clicks, checkout starts and completed online orders. A phone-link click does not mean a call was connected. An order event is recorded only after the checkout confirms acceptance.
Information excluded from tracking
Our analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, address, payment details, order identifiers, DNA sample information or test results. We exclude URL query strings and fragments, form values and detailed referring-page URLs. Advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website configuration.
If you accept, Google Analytics may use cookies and browser information to measure visits. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policy. Analytics is separate from the information needed to process an order.
Your choices
Use the Analytics preferences control at the bottom of any page to accept or decline optional analytics. Your preference is saved in this browser for six months. You can change it at any time. We also honor a browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal by keeping analytics off.
Checkout and laboratory information
Checkout uses the contact, shipping and billing information you provide to process and fulfill your order. Secure card entry is handled by NMI. Laboratory sample collection and testing are covered by the informed consent and requisition paperwork supplied with your kit; this website analytics notice does not replace those documents.
